APS says power is out from Shea to Mountain View and 112th Street to 100th Street. The outage was caused by a service interruption to major power line. The electricity may be out till 6:30 PM tonight.

It's summertime. I've seen these outages before. Hopefully the utility companies are prepared.
Hey AAG: This outage lasted an hour or so. Couple of weeks will will start to see the summer monsoons and thats when the utility companies will be stressed to the limits.
