Pratt Lowers Price Of PV Home to $4.295 Million Dollars!

Dave Pratt has dropped the asking price of his home by $285,000, according to Realtor.com. The PV home has been on the market for 101 days. Pratt's crib is listed for sale on the MLS for $4,295,000 (MLS # 4322097).

Dave Pratt is a popular valley personality and a member of the Arizona Broadcasters Hall of Fame.

Fashion Square Five Guys Burgers and Fries: Not Yet!

Scottsdale Arizona News -- A Five Guys Burgers and Fries company spokesperson says a Fashion Square food court location is coming soon.

Steve Helm, Senior Property Manager for Scottsdale Fashion Square, tells Scottsdale Arizona News that no lease has been signed on the space.

Five Guys plans on opening a store at the former Le Madelin restaurant at Camelback Rd & Scottsdale Rd.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries‎ To Open Location in Scottsdale

Scottsdale Arizona News -- The first Scottsdale location of the gourmet hamburger chain Five Guys Burgers & Fries is scheduled to open May 10 at 15435 N Scottsdale Road, said company spokesperson Molly Catalano.

Five Guys was founded in Arlington, Virginia in 1986. The restaurant specializes in hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches (veggie or grilled cheese), fries and sodas.

The company already has locations in Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix. Catalano says Five Guys plans to open a new store at Scottsdale Fashion Square in July.

As of April 12, 2010, the chain has 591 locations in 41 states.

The price tag on longtime radio DJ Dave Pratt's PV mansion has been slashed!

Pratt is asking $4.580 million his 6 bedroom mansion at 5200 North Wilkinson Road, down from the $4.98 million price listed when the property went on the market 45 days ago, according to Realtor.com.

The average listing price for homes for sale in PV is $1,795,000, according to Yahoo Real Estate.

Shea Blvd KFC Chicken Restaurant Closes

Scottsdale Arizona News -- The Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurant at 7055 E Shea Blvd, near Scottsdale Rd has closed.

Scottsdale Arizona News has learned that a inspector for the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department closed the permit for the KFC establishment on January 20, 2010 because the eating establishment went out of business.

A request for comment from KFC was not immediately returned.
